研究简介


长期致力于绿色合成化学、药物合成的绿色化、基于代谢类疾病的新药发现等研究,在 1)氧化反应;2)氮化反应;3)卤化反应等研究中取得了一系列创新性的成果,提出了简单碳氢化合物氮合反应的概念,利用氧气为氧化剂突破了氧合反应的瓶颈,解决了一些卤化试剂活化的关键问题。通过所发展的温和、绿色的氧化、氮化、卤化新反应完成药物活性中间体的高效合成及结构修饰改造,为布洛芬、酮洛芬、萘普生、扎托洛芬、雌酚、生育酚、花椒毒素,扁豆毒素,青藤碱等药物和天然产物的后期高效修饰提供了有效方法,所发现的关于用于光动力治疗、以及糖尿病性脂肪肝的 1 类候选药物临床前研究进展顺利。以通讯作者在Nature,Science,Nat. Chem.,Nat. Catal.等期刊发表论文 180 余篇,他引1.7 万余次。主编专著两部,授权专利 10 余项。
